Shipping Policy: We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfillment centers. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to ensure that all packages arrive on time. However, Colinlew is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes. Should you experience an unusual delay, please contact us at assistance@colinlew.com so we can assist you.

Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at assistance@colinlew.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
